We also consider existing products when they meet your needs. Business rules, integrations, total maintenance cost and how your team works inform the decision.
Can we add features after the first release?
Yes. The initial scope and acceptance criteria are defined separately. Later features become new delivery stages based on priorities, dependencies and budget.
