SafeWorks360 — Occupational Health & Safety Management

A comprehensive OHS platform bringing together digital signatures, work permits, near-miss and incident reports, contractors, visitors, documents, equipment and vehicles.

SafeWorks360 — Occupational Health & Safety Management

What was needed?

Safety management spans people, work, facilities and equipment. Separate files make it difficult to connect a work permit with its supporting documents, the contractor performing the job and subsequent safety reports.

How did we approach it?

SafeWorks360 brings these activities into a shared OHS workspace. Work permits, digital signatures, reporting and records for contractors, visitors, equipment and vehicles form complementary parts of the same operation.

What was the outcome?

Teams can follow the planned work, associated permissions, people and safety records within one platform. Preparation and everyday site activity become part of the digital workflow alongside incident documentation.

A platform for everyday safety operations

SafeWorks360 is comprehensive occupational health and safety software. Its scope connects the people on site, the work being performed and the physical assets involved, allowing safety teams to consider these records together.

Work permits and work at height

Permit workflows document planned work and its safety requirements, including work at height. Keeping work information, supporting documents and approval steps together helps operational teams and safety personnel work from a common record.

Digital signatures and documents

Digital signatures form part of permit and document workflows. Documents can be handled in the context of the activities they support, connecting the paperwork with the corresponding operational process.

Near misses and incidents

Near-miss reporting captures situations noticed before they become accidents. Incident records and near-miss reports give safety teams information for reviewing conditions and following subsequent work, rather than relying only on retrospective summaries.

Contractors and visitors

Safety responsibilities extend beyond a company's own workforce. Contractor and visitor records bring these groups into the safety workflow, keeping the relevant people, organisations and documents connected to site activities.

Equipment and vehicles

Equipment and vehicle management provides a place for asset records and related documentation. These records complement personnel and work processes so that physical assets are considered within the same safety operation.

Risk assessments and inspections

Risk assessments and site inspections complement permits and field reports. Bringing information from these activities together supports a broader understanding of workplace conditions.

From preparation to follow-up

  • Before work: consider the job, permissions, people and documents together.
  • During operations: follow contractors, visitors, equipment and vehicles in the context of site activity.
  • When an issue is reported: use incident and near-miss records to inform safety reviews.
  • For ongoing follow-up: keep the documents, signatures and associated safety records in a digital workflow.
