From enquiry to proposal follow-up
DHRevora supports B2B teams whose sales depend on conversations and quotations, including manufacturers, wholesalers and distributors. Communication and commercial preparation are brought into a shared workspace.
Shared inbox and customer context
WhatsApp and web enquiries can be reviewed alongside customer records and previous proposals. Internal notes help another representative understand the conversation and continue the relationship.
Catalogue-based pricing
Excel and CSV imports bring products and price lists into the workspace. Unit prices, quantities, discount tiers and taxes feed the proposal calculation. Margin limits and approval rules support the company's commercial policies.
AI assistance with human approval
AI helps extract details such as product type, quantity and delivery expectations and prepare drafts. Pricing comes from catalogue data and calculation rules. A representative reviews the content before approving the proposal or customer message.
PDF proposals and revisions
The proposal studio places line items, totals and terms into a company template. Documents can include branding, bank information and validity dates. Proposal and revision history records what was shared. A SHA-256 integrity hash is distinct from an electronic-signature service.
Pipeline and follow-up
Opportunities progress through qualification, proposal, negotiation and closure. Value, ownership and the next action provide context for follow-up. Customer responses and reminders help representatives plan the next contact.
A connected sales workflow
- Capture the customer's product, quantity and delivery needs.
- Connect the enquiry to the customer and catalogue entries.
- Calculate prices, discounts and taxes using defined rules.
- Review and approve the proposal before sharing the PDF.
- Follow responses and subsequent actions on the opportunity.
Workspace and integration scope
Customer records, conversations and proposals belong to the organisation's workspace. Permissions, approvals and document history support team operations. WhatsApp requires a configured Meta Cloud API business line and provider approval. Webhook and ERP integrations are scoped separately. Card collection from customers and e-invoicing are outside the pilot quoting flow and remain with existing providers.
